  • Return + Exchanges Policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase for online orders and 14 days of purchase for in store purchases,  for store credit ONLY. Original receipt must be present and items must be unworn, with tags attached. Lingerie, intimates, accessories and sale items are final sale. Store credit is valid for 30 days. Returns and exchanges cannot be applied on select Sales and Events. 
 
For domestic orders, return costs are to be paid by the customer. International orders will be a FINAL SALE.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us! Customer satisfactions is our number 1 priority and we are more than happy to accommodate a satisfactory exchange.
  • Shipping:
Orders placed before 2:00pm CDT Monday-Saturday will be shipped same day. Orders placed After 2:00pm CDT Monday-Saturday will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following business day.
